I found a chair.
So this probed me to ask the question, if we draw, paint, or sketch something; or take photographs of it; or are constantly reminded of a certain symbol; or are drawn to a specific object, then does this have meaning? And if so should we take note? Or, is this just coincidence?
I was reading an interesting discussion on the meaning and symbolism of a chair and one of the members said, that to them: 'a chair is a place to sit and stands in when a person isn't present, it can also seperate past and present'.
For me, I like this concept: that a chair is open to the present and closed with it's back to the past. That a chair has potential, in it's waiting to be filled!
