And, because Thursday's are my favourite days, I thought I couldn't let this get me down. On top of it being rubbish day:

So, I decided to introduce you to:  Alfred and Hilda, some inhabitants of ours who were keen to leave our abode and embark on another adventure.

{What I didn't expect was the 'rubber-necking' that took place by cars passing by to have a look at what I was up to, ... It caused a little traffic jam!}
